Size guide

Your Sweet Mama garment has been designed to fit standard sizes. So, you can order your usual size without worry. If you're unsure or like oversized cuts, feel free to size up.

Washing/maintenance:
It is recommended to wash it at up to 30°C to preserve its texture and colors. Also, be careful not to tumble dry it, as the high cotton content requires special care to ensure its durability and quality.

Please note that due to its high cotton content, the sweatshirt may shrink slightly during the first wash.


Delivery

Since Sweet Mama's supplier is based in Germany, it is necessary to take into account a week to receive the sweatshirts due to limited space at home, which does not allow for large quantities to be stored. Once the products are in hand, the customization carried out by Sweet Mama takes between 1 and 7 days depending on the request. Shipping via La Poste varies from 2 to 20 days depending on the destination. In total, Delivery time can be up to 1 month , depending on the country of residence.

In the event of a stock shortage at the supplier, it is difficult to accurately estimate the time required for replenishment.

If you live in Switzerland🇨🇭 and want to avoid paying shipping fees, send a private message via Instagram to sweetmama.off or email info@sweet-mama.com so we can make arrangements. You'll receive a code that will allow you to take advantage of free shipping.

Delivery times

Sweet Mama delivers to Switzerland and various other countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the country and the weight of the product ordered:

  • Switzerland, Liechtenstein: 8.50 CHF, 2-3 working days
  • France, Germany, Great Britain, Austria, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden: 9-30 CHF, 2-5 working days
  • Canada, United States: 7-37 CHF, 3-7 working days
  • Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Thailand: 7-37 CHF, 5-10 working days
  • Brazil , China : 7-37 CHF, 6-20 days

Deliveries to countries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein are made by registered mail (+6.50 CHF) to ensure delivery and allow order tracking via the Swiss Post app.

Please note that no compensation or interest can be claimed for delayed delivery. Additionally, some countries apply customs and/or VAT fees upon receipt of packages. These fees are the recipient's responsibility, and Sweet Mama is not responsible for them.
