All orders placed on www.sweet-mama.com are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC). By placing an order on our site, you unconditionally accept these GTC. These GTC apply to all sales concluded with Sweet Mama Mirella Aubry, Rue du Stade 89, 1630 Bulle, Switzerland.
The offers on our website www.sweet-mama.com are intended exclusively for consumers concluding the sale for non-commercial or professional purposes.
Items available from Sweet Mama Mirella Aubry are all available at www.sweet-mama.com unless otherwise noted.
1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting for strictly private purposes. We reserve the right to refuse orders that, in our opinion, appear to be placed for commercial or professional purposes.

By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after sending the order. A contract comes into effect upon receipt of this order confirmation.
1.3. Delivery
We are not obliged to deliver an order if we have not received the delivery correctly or on time on our side, through no fault of ours, and if we have informed you immediately. In the event of unavailability, we will immediately refund any payments already made.

2. PRICE, TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

The prices indicated at the time of ordering apply. They include the applicable statutory VAT if Sweet Mama Mirella Aubry is subject to it.

Delivery times are, as far as possible, indicated on the website. However, as each item is made to order, a delivery time of up to 1 month may be required. In the event of a delay exceeding 4 days after this deadline, we will inform you by email.

We offer the following payment methods: Twint, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment types for every order.

The account is debited when the order is placed and not at the time of delivery.

4. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND THEIR USE
4.1. Discount voucher
Promotional codes are vouchers issued during promotional campaigns with a limited validity period.
4.2. Conditions of use
Promotional codes are valid only once per order during the specified period. Some products may be excluded from the promotion.
4.3. Value of the goods
The merchandise value must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional code. If the merchandise value is higher, the difference can be offset using the available payment methods. Promotional codes are not convertible to cash.
4.4. Use and accumulation
Promotional codes must be used before completing the order and are not transferable. They cannot be combined with each other unless otherwise stated.
4.5. Return of goods
If a promotional code has been used for an order, we reserve the right to charge the original price of the retained merchandise if the total value of the order, after return, falls below the amount of the promotional code.
5. GIFT CARDS AND USE THEREOF
5.1. Nature of gift cards
Gift cards are not regulated electronic money.
5.2. Use
Gift cards can be redeemed on sweet-mama.ch for the purchase of eligible products. They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
5.3. Validity
Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. No cash refunds are available.
5.4. Return of goods paid for with a gift card
In case of return of goods paid for with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited to the gift card.
6. RIGHT OF RETURN
6.1. Return conditions
For all purchases of items on www.sweet-mama.com, we grant a 30-day right of return from the date of shipment of the merchandise. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Some items, such as personalized clothing, cannot be returned. To make a return, please contact our customer service at info@sweet-mama.com to obtain a return number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
